If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged for exchange or refund.
For hygienic purposes, face masks are not eligible for return or exchange for hygienic purposes.
Your exchange or return must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date (the date we ship out your order). After 30 days of your order shipment date, 15% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.

- Order number
- Your email address
- Your name
- Item(s) to return or exchange
- Return or exchange reason
Upon submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label and return/exchange instruction via email.
For returns, a fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund if you use either the label that is emailed to you. If you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we've confirmed we have received your return
