Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a refund or exchange.

Return policy

A return request must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date (the date we ship out your order). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Health and personal care items including face masks are not eligible for return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

Return shipping cost is free of charge.

How to submit a return request

  1. Log in to your account - Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or click Log in link in the store's Quick links section.
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.

When your return request is approved, you receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return shipping label at no charge to return your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, you receive a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
